Alright, who loves to color?
Thanksgiving is right around the corner so this weeks tutorial brings you a cute card featuring the Ride With Me stamp set and dies. You’ll create the sky and road by rolling ink onto Whisper White card stock and stamping some grass but the feature of the card is the vintage truck! While the sample features the Mint Macron, what color will your truck be? Oh, I don’t forget the Wink Of Stella to create some shine! Be sure to visit over the next couple of weeks as we feature several more Thanksgiving themed cards!
Be sure to check the calendar for up coming card classes and RSVP for one soon!
See you next week!
This weeks tutorial is a cool take on a greeting card!
This week I wanted to share with you a different way to send greetings. Most greeting cards either fold up or fold left, and we have created some pretty stinkin’ cute cards that way! But, this week, let’s create a pocket card. It’s super easy! The card insert can be a gift card holder too by simply making the card insert 1/2″ longer and folding it at that 1/2″ mark.

Hello everyone! This weeks tutorial features the Free As A Bird stamp set along with the Scalloped Note Cards and Envelopes and Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper. Using ready made note cards like the Scalloped Note Cards makes card making super easy! Look how we were able to take the Calypso Coral and Old Olive note cards and make two different cards using the same sheet from the Bird Ballad designer series paper!

You are going to LOVE LOVE LOVE the products in this catalog. My fav…well, if you know me at all …it’s all the paper!! The Let it Snow DSP on page 20 has the cutest snowmen mittens (not that we need those in Floriday…LOL) and the photo ‘realisticness’ of the Feels Like Frost DSP on page 42 is absolutely stunning!
If you’d like to join us for World Card Making Day on October 5th, we’re going to be using both of these designers series papers and so much more to create 4 holiday projects. Be sure to check out the calendar page and RSVP to reserve your spot.

There have been so many cards and 3D projects made since the launch of the 2019 – 2020 Stampin’ UP! annual catalog but I couldn’t help myself but to create a version for myself and my class participants. The delicate lace edgelits makes a beautiful frame to the punch out of one of the birds from the Bird Ballad DSP.
Here’s a FREE tutorial for you to make one for yourself…or make 2 so you can keep one and send one to someone you love!

…it’s a million little things!
We created this Friendship card in a recent monthly card class and while super easy to create, is beautiful and elegant. We used Rococo Rose and Whisper White but could easily be recreated using any of Stampin’ UP!’s large array of stampin’ ink colors! Stamp sets used are the Love What You Do and Beauty Abounds sets

Do you love to coordinate your cards with your gift wrap? I sure do but sometimes I can’t seem to find the right stuff at the local shops so, I create my own. This month’s tutorial teaches you how to make a 4″ x 4″ square swivel topped box that is 1″ high but this type of box can be any size you need for the gift you are giving! You use the same designer series paper stack to create both your card and to decorate the box and WhaaaaLaaaa, coordination at its finest…just makes my heart happy! The designer series paper used to decorate this box is the Twinkle Twinkle DSP from the 2018 – 2019 SU! Annual Calendar.
